Growing up in the Colorado mountains, Rita Foth's hospitality journey started as a dishwasher at a local brewery.  With experience garnered at notable venues like Aslan Brewing Company, Lummi Island's renowned Willows Inn, and most recently being part of the front-of-house team at Canlis, Rita has honed her craft and dedication to providing exceptional guest experiences. Now, as our Front of House Manager, she brings her expertise and unwavering commitment to our team, ensuring each guest enjoys an unforgettable dining experience.
