Born and raised in Washington, Liz brings a deep connection to the Pacific Northwest to her work as sous chef at Atoma. A graduate of the culinary program at Lake Washington Institute of Technology in Kirkland, Liz honed her craft at some of the region's most celebrated restaurants, including Café Juanita and Eden Hill. Most recently, she served as executive sous chef at OOLA. At Atoma, Elizabeth's passion for local ingredients and creative technique shines through in every dish.
