Prior to opening Atoma chef Johnny Courtney was at Canlis as the executive sous-chef for 4 years. His eclectic background and culinary knowledge come from a global career at top restaurants across Australia, Mexico, Denver & Seattle. He was raised in Albuquerque, NM, and grew up cooking alongside his mom in the restaurant industry.
