Dillon is the creative force behind Atoma's beverage program. He brings a wealth of experience from top restaurants in Colorado and Australia, including most recently bartending for Chef Nobu Matsuhisa. Dillon was raised in Iowa where his passion for food & beverage grew from cooking alongside his mom sourcing ingredients from their garden. Inspired by his travels around the world, he crafts beverage programs with local charm and global flair.
